Can't create an account — system says account already exists

Why does this happen?

DataImpulse automatically detects attempts to create a second account based on several factors. Per section 11.2 of our Terms of Service, each user is allowed only one account.

⚠️ Using multiple accounts violates our ToS and may result in all related accounts being permanently blocked.

What to do

Step 1. Check if you already have an account

1. Go to app.dataimpulse.com and click Forgot password

2. Enter your email address

3. If a reset email arrives — you already have an account. Just recover your password.

Step 2. If you've never registered before

Contact support via the chat widget and provide:

• The email address you want to use

• Let us know if you're using a VPN, proxy, or a shared network (e.g. office, school, or public Wi-Fi)

Our agent will check the database and lift the block if your request is legitimate.

Step 3. Corporate account

If you previously created a personal account and now want a corporate account, contact support with this request.

Step 4. If you had an old account

Old accounts can be recovered through support. Creating a new account to bypass the system violates our rules and may lead to a permanent ban.
