Account blocked for TOS violation — what it means and what to do?

What is a TOS violation?

A Terms of Service violation is the most common reason for account blocks or registration rejections. Section 11.2 of our ToS prohibits:

• Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP

• Using proxies for illegal activities

Can't register due to TOS violation

The system detected a connection to an existing account. This doesn't always mean wrongdoing.

What to do: contact support and explain the situation. The agent will review the case and help with registration if the request is legitimate.

If your account has been blocked

Contact support with:

• The email of the blocked account

• A clear explanation of the situation

Each case is reviewed individually. Funds on a blocked account are not automatically forfeited.
